These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase of products from Collectors Box. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed.

2. Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.

3. Payment

We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Payment is required at the time of order. All transactions are processed securely.

4. Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We ship within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary by carrier and location.

5. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, orders enter our fulfillment process and cannot be cancelled.

6. Pre-Orders

Pre-order items have estimated release dates. We do not guarantee release dates as they are subject to change by manufacturers. Pre-order cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
