Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Pre-order items ship on or shortly after the release date.

Shipping Methods

• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days ($5.99 flat rate)
• Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days ($12.99 flat rate)
• Priority Shipping: 1-2 business days ($24.99 flat rate)
• Free Shipping: Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping

Packaging

Cards are shipped in penny sleeves, top loaders, and team bags. Sealed products are bubble-wrapped and boxed. We use discretion for high-value orders.

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Tracking

Tracking information is emailed once your order ships. You can also track your order through your account dashboard.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
