All international shipments include accurate customs declarations. We do not mark items as "gifts" or undervalue packages, as this is illegal.

Customs processing times vary by country and are beyond our control. If your package is held at customs, you may need to provide additional documentation or pay duties before it can be released.

Refused Shipments

If a shipment is refused due to customs fees, the package will be returned to us. Original shipping costs and any return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
