- Original packaging and accessories must be included
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or incorrect
How to Return
- Contact our customer service team at support@collectors-box.store with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return authorization and instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship to the return address provided
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened trading card packs or boxes
- Graded singles (PSA, BGS, CGC)
- Used video games without original packaging
- Clearance or final sale items
